Reflexology is a pressure point therapy that inspires the body's natural healing processes. I stimulate reflexes on the feet that corresponds with various organs and areas of the body. This process is relaxing at the same time deep and specific. We can use this modality to assist and support the body's natural healing process and it's a great complement to many medical treatments.

Cupping Massage

Cupping is an ancient modality that has many benefits. My focus is the stimulation of the circulatory system, myofascial release of adhesions, treatment of chronic trigger points, pain and dysfunction, and the over all improvement of muscle health. I use silicone cups to release the most superficial tissues and work deeper as need.

The Himalayan Salt Stone treatment has the added benefit of imparting  minerals that will bolster your health.
